67 burb rocker panel,headliner

    Anybody know where I can get a rocker panel for the back (third) door on my 1967 suburban? Also, any ideas on what kind of headliner that year had? It looks as though there must have been one at one time. Any advice on where to find a new one, make my own, etc. would be appreciated.
