Holes in door frame area of cab

    I have 2 holes in the top of the door frame area of the cab. i can't find anything in the assembly manual about them. Anyone have any info?

    Fulton Sunvisor? Just a thought. Not sure exactly were the holes are at. Most had the fulton 800 series but a lot of them had the one for the passenger car. One monted inside the door frame other on the outside.

    Any chance you can post up a pic ? these might be for anti-rattle rubbers or for lifting the cab when it was in the assembly plant...

    My 53 has them too. I never noticed them until your post. No idea what they are for!

    I think they are alighnment holes for when they jig the body up for welding,
