DO you have holes in your exhaust?

If you have you exhaust dumping under your bed it will end up in the cab when you are stopped. Other than that you still have a leak. Try idling up the truck and crawl under neath the truck. Listen for a hissing sound. That will be your leak. Pipe clamps, headers and collectors love to leak.

What is the condition of the header gaskets at the cylinder heads?

header and collector gaskets are new in new condition.. my exhaust dumps at the rear quarter panel just rear of the tire ( you would have to look twice to see em) but i think it might be leaking mufflers. would they cause excessive fumes in the cab? if so is there a quik fix 'til i get my magnaflows?
