i will be pulling my engine tomorrow or thursday and am willing to give it to anyone who will come get it. Also, if you would like ot help me pull it, that would be cool too, but will do it myself either way. I am located in cincinnati, OH. The engine needs new points but cranks over fine. The previous owner said it ran last time he started it, but that was over two years ago. The brakes were shot in the truck so i havent tried to get it going with too much effort. If you live near and can use it for something other than scrap or reselling it is yours. I do not mind giving away something to someone with the same passion that can use it. I will not ship it, sorry. I will not deliver it either. please let me know before next tuesday, as it will go to the scrap yard with a bunch of other stuff to be sold for very little. Thanks! ________ List of penny stocks
Free motor I would sure love to have that engine to put in my next project. It is a 1950 3100 and it has a motor but the engine is cracked. I just think that the trip that far into north east Texas would take too long. It takes about 16 hours to drive all the way across to west Texas, I assume it would take at least that long to drive that far to get to your part of east Texas. Just havin some fun, I really would like to have the motor, but it's just too far. The BOOPs dad
Good 216 Cylinder Head ! Jeezo-Peezo ! someone ought to go and save this thing as the head is worth keeping at the very least....
Free 216 Put it up on the stovebolt page under the "freebies" section in swap meet. Maybe someone will rescue it. Andy

Another One SAVED Yay ! I'm always glad to hear of these being saved as where else can I go to find the unobtanium bits like hardwere and etc. I occasionally need....?
Boopster, if you can journey from east Texas to northeast Texas, I have a 216 for the taking. It ran TERRIBLE but had no knocks or cracks. Of course we were using rat chewed wires, rotten gas, and who knows what for plugs. It's in the truck so bring tools on a nice day. We can run an air hose out and pick it up with "Stretch", our 20,000 lb forklift but only if you don't need it higher than 25 ft up.(Don't ask what year Stretch is; a friend told me they had to wait two years after it was built before gasoline was invented to run it on).
engine has been picked up to go to another home, hopefully it gets the attention it certainly deserves. ________ CANNABIS NEWS
