Wiring problems

    Found the problem...the wires were pinched behind the distributer for the oil pressure sending unit...once freed and taped the truck started up and no more problems. Now I need to talk to the Transmission shop and make them aware of this issue.

    "Just had the transmission rebuilt and think they may have pinched some wiring above the bellhousing?"

    Sound like a good place to look there and the starter hot wires wire that go up to the alt. Another place the battery wires make sure there good and not shortying anywhere.
    maybe some one eles can shead some light on this. good luck.

    Misses when Idling

    Got a problem with a 1993 4.3 Vortec in a Blazer misses at idle number 1 cylinder can anyone tell me anything about this. Has new wires plugs timing is good has anyone had this problem has code 43.
