I am considering replacing my original gauge cluster in my '69 C-10 with a custom panel and all new aftermarket gauges. It seems like it would be as easy as scraping my existing gauges, bezel, printed circuit board, and all the kind of stuff, installing the new gauges and wiring them up. I'm sure there is probably something that I'm not thinking about. Is there anything in there that I will have problems with?

are you going to replace the gauges with electric or mechanical gauges. if electric you will have to replace the sending units for the gauges. (water temp sensor, oil pressure sending unit) You will have to make sure your speedo cable can hook up. Most aftermarket setups that come in a complete kit will have the proper instructions..don't forget to wire up the gauge lights and turn signal and high beam indicators.. hope this helps man
