Hey, is it possible to use a radiator off of an old parts car in this truck if it will fit in the truck or does it have to be specefic for the vehical?
    -Thanks in advance!

If the donor has the same size engine as your truck, I dont see why it wouldn't.

If it is the same size it should work. Measure the height * width * and depth. If the radiator is skinnier than it my not cool off a v-8. It can also get you by during the cooler months.

Back in the early 1980s, my 66c-10 shortbed fleetside had a 6 cylinder 250 and a radiator was out of a chevy camaro it worked just fine.

Count The Cores In The Radiator, As Long As You Have At Least 3 Rows And The Radiator Lines Up In The Truck Youll Be Fine. Use A Steel Fan With A Clutch For Maximum Air Pull.

Thanks for the replies.... I know the truck is a GMC C-20 Longbed with an I6 and pretty sure it is a 250. 4on the floor tranny. The person I am purchasing it from has a bunch of old parts vehicals so I was going to try and find one that works from there. I know there is an old malibu right next to the truck and it has a radiator in it yet so I might see if that one works. I would just have it for tempereary and use the I6 to get it running and usable while making it look cool and then once it is finnished I will upgrade the engine and tranny.
