Let me try you guys..Iv'e got a Carter YF carb that needs rebuildind [throttle shaft bushing].Anyone know of a shop that does this? Thanks
Buy the rebuild kit in C/P, in the chevy truck manual it lays it all out for you,# all your pieces with sticky #s
You could call Edelbrocks or Carter since there the same carbs and ask them to give you a list of shops that buy there stuff and restore old Cater in closes area to you. Try the inter net under "Carter carbs shops" that should bring up a few. or try the nearest ford dealer most fords came with them.some one might know.
