Im rebuiling my 350 and I think the cylinders are glazed. Do I have to hone my cylinders or is there an easier way.

It would be a good idea if you are spending the time and money to take it to a machine shop. They can determin if the cylinders need to be just honed or need to be bored out. The can also easily remove and change out the cam bearings for you. Your crankshaft also might need attention. They will either polish it or turn it down and this will determine the size of the rod bearings and the main bearings.

The other option is the cheaper one. Tear it down replace bearing, rings and seals and put it back together and possibly have a motor as bad as it was when you tore it down to begin with.
