One on the left looks like a pre-1953 style low note. I am not sure on the one on the right maybe a replacement part not OEM ? Put some voltage on them and see what they sound like. Will not hurt to apply 12 volts even if they are a 6 volt horn.

Good stuff ! the left one is an orginal GM one as mentioned .

Sparton makes horns for both OEM and aftermarket , get them both to toot then wire them up to toot simultaniously ,. you'll be pleasantly surprised to find that tow horns that sound awful when tooted seperately , sound beautiful when tooted as a pair... natural harmonics at work there bunky .

Did I mention how much I love playing with old horns ? :p .

If you look under the hood of old GM trucks , in time you'll find a pait of matched GM ' FanFare ' horns , they were acessory and sold by the millions , most still work fine , clean re-paint and adjust , enjoy ! .

12 volts in a 6 volt horn is fine unless you toot it for long periods of time .
