My 60 panel has a single speed wiper and i wondered how difficult it was to make this a two speed as i would find the intermittent speed useful. Will a later two speed switch give me this? Any help and advice would be much appreciated. Oh yeah how do i get photo's on the thread? Steve.

I shouldn't be too hard. I do belive that the wiper motors are the same so it is just a matter of hooking up the switch itself. It might not just plug in so some creativity might come into play.

No any motor that has intermittent speed ( pluse )from 70 UP has different motor & switch. But If you going to a straight two speed set up should be just the switch.

Cant You Just Buy And An Aftermarket Intermediate Controller That Wires In Between Your Switch And Motor? Years Ago I Had A 77 3/4ton 454 Camper Special And I Picked Up An Intermediate Controller From The Local Parts Store, You Leave Origanal Wiper Switch On On, And Control The Wipers Completly With New Intermidiate Controller. It Worked Just Like These New Cars With Several Speed Settings. You Can Mount It Anywhere, Its A Small Black Box With A Knob, About 1" Tall And 2 To 3" Wide.

Thanks again for the help fellas. I think i will take 66 kustoms route and order a windshied wiper delay unit from J C Whitney. I will need to fit it under the dash a bit so not to spoil the look of the dash.

There are factory two speed wiper switches and factory two speed wiper motors on eBay all the time. I have bought and sold these items on eBay several times. Why do through the trouble of rigging up equipment, when these items are readily available, relatively cheap and a direct swap? If you need items, give eBay a try.
