switching to HEI

Here in the next few days,if it will ever stop raining here.going to instill HEI take out points distibutor..

 

That will probably be the best mod you will ever do 283!! You will love it.

Doesn't sound to difficult thinking about doing the same to my 327. Let me know how it goes!

 

Is there enough firewall clearance for the bigger distrib?

 

took about 1 hour had take water breaks ,I got hot.HEI runs better!!!

 

its pretty tight in against the firewall....

 

that was only thing that give me fits on mine not enough room,but its done and thats all that matters.

 

I had hei in my 62 and my 61 4x4 has it also, it fits fine. Its close to the firewall but I have no issues with it.
