Thanks for all the nice words guys ! I like the end result also, verry happy:)
The rims where on the truck when i bought him, that was the only thing that was new on him :D:D:D:D
I think the name of the rims is SMOOTHEY'S.

    Just 1 thing i must change.....de radiator:eek:
Now that the hoses are OK the radiator has a small leek at the top corner, not big but the front grill get's wet...it is a fine "piss".
I just was looking on different website stores and Ebay. The lowest price is 177 dollar, the highest 374 dollar and they are all thesame and for a pickup 283 motor.Shipping to Belgium approx. 120 dollar....Where is the difference in radiator ? They look thesame....size is thesame....

    1 happy guy from Belgium

Here in the "heartland" there are shops that actually repair radiators! I have a collection of their work in my garage to prove it. Dijoo, the radators are probably the same... I hope someone with knowledge/experience will opine on that.

Oh yeah, and nice work on the truck. How's the cruising environment in Belgium? Where do you cruise, like over to Paris or Brussels for the weekend? Seriously, some "travel" pics of your truck would be cool!

Today i bought a can of "radiator leak stop" from Bardahl.Tommorow i gonna use it and do a testdrive, normaly it will work on a little leak like it is.
There are some radiator repare shops here but they ask a lot of money for such a big radiator....they will repare it for 150 euro ( approx. 200 dollar)and then this leak is ok,next year it is meaby on another spot.
When it is not ok with the product i'll will buy a new 1 for 350 dollar, shipping and customs included.

Yeah cruising here.....the roads here in Belgium are not so cruising minded...a lot off traffic lights, bumbs to temper the speed,....i think a big difference with the USA when i see movies and pictures of your country.
Paris is in France and there i am not gooing, they are crazy drivers there !
Brussels is not so far from Mechelen where i live, just a 20 minutes drive,i will go over there for a picture off the Atomium (that big thing with the balls :D)and the Chevy.I live in between Brussels and Antwerp.
