Door Hinge plates

    On the door hinge, there are light gauge metal plates that are welded to the heaver gauge door hinge plate that then fit into the piller "box" of the frame. Without the springs, these parts take the impact the the door opening and closing and get bent and cracked. The door hinge itself is in great condition, just these plates need replacing...any ideas out there?

    I searched high and low for those pieces. I found very few out there...You may have better luck in junkyards or on the 'net.

    Bitchin' products has reproductions now, and maybe some other places now too, but they are commonly out of stock. Popular item...go figure!

    Another thought...you may want to try finding a Goodmark dealer. Since they now build complete cabs repo they are probably the only ones actually producing them...

    Thanks Andy for the scouting resourses, trying to see if they just sell the face pates to them...yea right!
