I was looking at last years Christmas wish list.Nothing remarkable, wanted a new jacket ,a new Norelco, some CDs ect. Funny how that changed this year. This years list is as follows; 2000$ gift certificate to Classic New floor jack and stands compressor and Zip gun New welder cut-off wheels Life time gift certificate at Tacoma Nut and Bolt company 1 bottle of Old Spice Santa needs to know I've been a good boy, with the exception of those two days I spent re-wiring.Way too much "truck inspired motovational profanity". Oh well I can still hope, or better yet I might just go over to the Mall ,wait my turn and ask Santa "Whats UP Dude"
Time Yup. CP got my $2000.00 in parts this year and I consider myself lucky. I really don't think I spent that much from CP, but I could have. What I really want for Christmas is the TIME to work on the truck with my kids. If I had that, then we would be rolling down the road already. I have the kids from tonight until Sunday, so we have a lot of time to work on the truck this weekend. Hopefully we can get some real progress on it. Andy
I'd be happy with a huge 12 point buck and my wife in one of her Victorias Secret outfits....... oh yea, maybe 2 feet of snow so that I can ride my turbocharged sled...........that'll do
All I Want For Christmas... ..Is my two front teeth , my two front teeth ! (sorry , I thought it was 1947 for a moment there) All I want is NO PAIN so I can pick up my tools and work again I have pretty much everything else : a good career , a great son , a nice Old lady (cute too !) at least ONE running Moto all the time , a beat to shyte old Chevy pickup and all of you folks as freinds ! ~ what more could a fella ask for ?! O.K. , maybe to find a 261 over in a junyard , one that turns so I know I can make it run cheaply..... HAPPY HOLIDAYZE !!!!
Hear Hear! Time would be nice also... Patience... More red wine... warm weather... a fishin' trip... more money... a car that made 50mpg...
I did get my two front teeth, crowns. About $1700. Thank God for good dental insurance. It cost me about $250. I also got a D**** 2500 diesel with club cab and 6 foot bed. It is a 2wd which is what I wanted. It is a 1999 with only 161K miles. The guy I bought it from is a good friend that has meticulous service records, He even had a punch list to go over with me about how to maintain it before he would let me drive away. Things to be thankful for - family, good friends, the best country in the world and God's grace. Happy Thanksgiving to all of you. Bill
