I have just got a 3 speed/dana 20 transfer case combo. It does not have the shifter lever for the t-case, but it has the base. Does anyone have the correct shifter out there for cheap, or even a picture of what the end would look like in the shifter housing - i would consider some home fabrication- I have seen that a dual lever set up is available new but it is too much $$$ for my budget. I have read about people "unlocking" the levers so they can get low in 2wd - I am not interested in any fancy upgrades, just want to shift from inside the cab. Can I just fab up two levers or can i accidentally destroy the tcase by having front in low and rear in high or viceaversa.....Any help is appreciated -I am in MA.
