Removing the windshield wipers

I need help How do I remove the wipers arms off on my 66 Chevy pickup? Not the blades, but the whole thing.

Take a shop rag and a large flat head screw driver out to the truck. At the base of the wiper post place the shop rag for padding to protect paint. Using the screw driver( like a pry bar), pry up the wiper arm off the post gently.

That's about it !!

Make sure you are pulling back on the wiper arm while you are prying.
