I wanna run 5 bolt Corvette Rally wheels on my 57.

This means new front hubs and a new rear end or axles.
Any advice on the potential rear end swap ?
What will fit? Posi would be nice if I am swapping the rear. Or can I just do an axle swap .... ?

What about front ,,,Any advice would be appreciated, this truck needs to be done by 2005 !

    Thanks

5 lug front hubs from 53-54 Chevy car are a direct replacement for the stock 6 lug 1/2 ton truck hubs. I am not positive that the bolt cicle is the same as the Corvette wheels, but I think it is.

Attached is a picture of the mid-70's 6 lug Chevy 4x4 (rally?) wheels I have on my 57 GMC. The knock offs were less than $20 for the set of four and have a 1/4" threaded hole on the back side. The "4x4" cover on the hub cap is light weight aluminum and already has a 1/4" hole underneath it. I paid about $25 for the set of four trim rings.

Thanks for the feedback,, but Can you find me those "cheap" 6 bolt rallys ?

I have a set now,, but they are not the same a corvette 15 x 8 rims ?

I can sell the vette ones and buy 6 bolt if anyone is interested ?
