Are there any differences between a 1/2 ton GMC and a 3/4 ton GMC frame, steering, suspension, etc.?

I know that the axels are heavier and have a different bolt pattern.

    Thanks,
    Nate

Unfortunately the GMC Master Parts Book only lists whole frames as:

    Group 11.0010 Frame
Note: Frame Assemblies must be ordered NPN giving full information.
Specify model and chassis serial number.

    NPN means No Part Number
Master Parts Book lists all 3/4 ton as model 152 with 123" wheelbase while 1/2 tons are available as model 101 (114" wheelbase) amd 102 (like mine with 123" wheelbase"

Glancing through section 11 (frame) of the Master Parts Book I didn't see any differences between 1/2 and 3/4 ton parts attached to frames (gussets, plates, bumper brackets, etc.).
