Crawl under the truck and make a cross measurement right front to left rear and vise verse. If they are not the same the frame is bent. You will probably won't be able to measure the entire length at one time. It is fine to do the front, middle then the rear. It is possible to have the rear out of wack and the front and middle straight.

If it is bent I would take it to a body shop and have them straighten it for you.

this might sound stupid...but I've seen it.

Check the center bolts on your rear x...I've actually seen one break and the x shifted a little and caused the truck to dog some...

I was told once buy an old timer that the front left wheel was intentionaly off set by some maufactures to keep from tracking in the same path as rear whell for traction this can cause it to look like its dog walking fallowing from the left rear your quickest, best bet is an alinement shop have them tell you whats wrong and do the work your self after diagnostic also a diamond in the frame cause this also

I agree with checking the frame and leaf spring pack center bolt (the bolt that holds the pack together), also check the bushings at the ends of the spring pack.
    Hope this helps
