THANX ! my son (who works in a different City shop in Sun Valley) came by for lunch yesterday so we drove right past the old dog pound , it wasn't so bad as I used to go there to look for rescue dogs.....

    Cool

I'll prolly be there as the general plan is : work there until I die.... :D

Speaking of ' roach coaches ' (catering trucks) I was quietly working away during break to-day and no one else was there when suddenly a HUGE cockroach scurried out from underneath a file cabinet , I chased it 'round and finally tossed a few file cabinets aside and caught it , lightly stomped it ~ it was 1-1/2 inches long , not including the antennae ~

What to do now ? of course I found a clean sheet of paper and stuck the giant roach on it and wrote " North Hollywood Catch Of The Day " on it , posted it on the bulletin board where the guys all loved it , seems they were eating lunch at The bear Pit BBQ last week and a roach crawled out of the wall and onto thier table..... :D

Nate, the mental image of you chasing that roach made me laugh so hard I almost fell out of the chair-- I can see it now--- pith helmet, safari shirt, machete, and gun bearer shouting encouragement to the Great White Hunter---what a picture!
