parts question

    hey guys,
    thanks for the welcome, and sorry if this is a typical newbe question. but im tryin to find some aftermarket parts for my truck ( headers, interior, suspension.... etc) i want to add headers but i dont know were to start.
    any help would be much appreciatted

    You can find headers pretty easy for '63 and later. My experience with my '61 seems to be basically trial and error ... I recommend northern auto parts, they were pretty helpful when I was searching :cool:

    I'm running a set of long tube headers I got off an 84 fullsize Blazer. They just barley clear the frame. They will not work if you plan on slamming the truck to the ground though.

    Google advanced search

    Off topic but future help. Some of the forums search functions do not work well. If you do a Google Advanced Search it seems to work much better. http://www.google.ca/advanced_search?hl=en On the last line insert the name of the site you want to search. For this forum you would use https://talk.classicparts.com/. There may be a way to further detaill the search to just look in the year catagory https://talk.classicparts.com/forumdisplay.php?f=9 I will have to play with that one.
