Registering my truck tomorrow. Filling out the mountain of paperwork needed to register an untitled vehicle with a bill of sale.

Anyone know the unladen weight of a 1/2 ton Chevy pickup?

Andy - Call U-haul and tell them you want a trailer to haul your truck on. They have access to the information...used them to bring my project up from San Francisco. They wanted to verify that my '03 was heavier than the '48 and it was by almost 2,000 lbs. Sorry I didn't keep the paperwork. Larry

Called U-Haul. They have no clue about the weight of the truck. They pluyg in the year and model and the computer tells them which trailers are appropriate, but not the actual weight of the truck. Thanks, though. It was worth the try for sure.

    Anybody else??
