oil bath filter

    Guys..and Gals..Just piced up a oil bath filter for 10$..I believe it is for a 56 Nomad...It has no way to take the element out..to clean it? Hope you can follow me..Is this something that gets submerged in Kerosine to clean? it still is moist with oil, not dried out. Thanks ,,M/G
