I am rebuilding the drivers side door. I've ran into a problem. The window track; that's inside the door; will not allow me to bring out the old window regulator. I can't find any screws that are holding it at the top. How do I get around it; to replace my regulator?

[updated:LAST EDITED ON Sep-03-02 AT 12:37 PM (CST)]Hi Larry, Have you removed the vent window ? As you have discovered it's pretty short on room inside those doors.

Remove the vent window ( three screws above the wing on the door jam, and two bolts vertically, near the window regulator, turn vent assembly 90 degrees and lift out),then the window glass and the regulator should have enough room to make it out.
