i have a 1958 3/4 p/u with the deluxe heater. the gentleman i bought it from had the two wires coming from the fan motor hooked up to the wiper switch. so i purchased a new heater switch and the switch has two terminals. one terminal is for the hot wire coming from the fuse box what do i do with the two wires coming out of the fan motor ??

Im guessing one would be a ground and the other would go to the switch. Brandon

Brandon is correct. You have a wire coming to the switch from either the fuse box or other power source. This wire is connected to one terminal of the switch. The hot wire of the heater (mine is red, don't know about yours) goes to the other terminal of the switch and the other heater wire gets grounded. A good place for the ground wire would be to the firewall.

    Hope this helpes.
