Rodcester or Holley Carb?

    Ive been given a 4 barrel Holley Carb. by a guy who Im friends with and lives up the road from me,he told me try it Id love it better:D had to buy base plate to fit on my 283 think Ill try the Holley Carb. see if I do like it better.On my Rodcester 4 barrel the electic choke missed up so I try the Holley looks real new:cool: and for free cant beat that! !

    Well got the 4 barrel Holley double pumper on it makes the 283 run like a striped a$$ ape:)have try to keep my foot out of the pedal:rolleyes:.

    HOLLEY HOLLEY HOLLEY, thats just my opinion. there alot more work to tune properlly, but when you get them right, YOU JUST CANT BEAT THEM!! ;) most people choose the edelbrock (carter) carb because there easy out of the box, but that doesnt mean your going to get the precision you want.

    buy an extra power valve throw it in the teuck. when it back fires through the carb you will need it. I love them personally but they can be finicky....
