Putting motor in my Sons 66

Nice did it come with a v8 my 62 has a 6 and i bought oem mounts for a v8 from a guy on craigs list but they wont work cuz mine mounts in front btw love the engine stand

sixty two, no it doesnt have a v8 it has a 235 straight six that the previouse owner had put in. that and the tranny will be coming out first thing!! i saw on our hosts here that it will only cost $54 for the crossmember to drop the v8 in. on 62's the motor perches are differnt then a v8, youll have to ask some of the other fellows here, but i know that they can be changed to except a small block.
