I have converted my 58 1/2 ton pickup to disc brakes and have maintained the 6 lug pattern on all hubs. I had 15 inch rim when I had drums, but they will not fit now with the disc brakes. I want a 8 inch wide rim and will probably use a 235 tire. Does anybody have experience in buying rims and what to ask for in a case like this. Thanks in advance for any help. Les

try wheel vintiques they worked for me, I had 15x6 on the front with 225/60/15 on the front , 15x8 in the back with 255/60/15 and I will have to say IT LOOKED GOOD!! of coarse it was the painted Camaro ralleys, with the derby caps and beauty rings. 559-251-6957

Thanks for the info. I also have been considering rally wheels for the 58. I'll give wheel vintage a call. Thanks again

If you are in a hurry and/or want to go low $$ get a set of mid/late 70's 4wd Chevy/GMC 15" wheels. That is what I have on my '57 GMC with disk brakes on the front. Plenty of clearance. Used the "hub cap" from the same year and mounted a spinner through the end of the hub cap. See attached picture at:

Bill, Thanks for the input. I also like the idea of painted rims and yours look good with the spinners. Thanks for the advice.
