454 to 350

    I'm taking a 454 out of 74 2500 and puting a 350 in its place. Do I have to change engine mounts or frame brackets??

    Do you have the clam style motor mounts on your 454. If so you should not have to change them. is the 454 from the 73-87 with clam style mounts your ok. The 305, 350, 454 from 73-87 if clam style all the same for Auto's.
