Does anyone have a picture of how the parking brake cabling under the body is supposed to look on a '61? On my set-up, the cab lever cable goes to one end of a set up bars connected in an H shape. A couple of springs are connected to the H and then one cable goes from the H back to each wheel. I think my springs are installed incorrectly as the brake is not working.

Ok not to change the pic. But does any one have a pic of the parking brake set up under a 66 with an automatic tranny. All the catologs say its differant that a manual. Also its a shortbed. Im theink the differance is in the intermediate cable. Kilroy Was Here!!!
