have 1965 chev c10 and am trying to install chrome horn button with rubber retainer ring that i bought from classic parts. is there other parts like a spring that holds this. when looking at steering wheel all there is is a contact button and steering wheel nut. what do i need and where can i get it.
There is a thin metal disc, a little smaller plastic disc, another plastic disc that holds the screws, and a spring loaded contact. I don't think I was able to get all the parts through any on the truck catalogues. Look for a horn kit for a 60's Impala.
