    Hey gang,

I was there this year (July)...just a spectator. I've got about 35 pics but not sure how to share them. AD's only. Some done up more than I like but all nice trucks.

Tell me how and I'll post them.

Sounds like a GREAT way to spend the day! I can't wait 'till I'm done with mine, that way I'll have ...FREE TIME!!!
Wish I could help you with the pictures. You could just post them in the members gallery, then pull the first one up to view, cut and paste the address and post it in post. If I can figure it out, it can't be that tough.

Was that the one in Louisville? If so, we missed it by one day. We drove up through there one day on our way to my Grandpa's 90'th birthday (Texas to Milwaukee via Memphis, Nashville, etc). I noticed a bunch of hot rods on the road and when we got to Louisville we saw some advertisments for a huge show which ended that day. Next time, I need to plan ahead. Would love to see your pictures. I think they limited entries to pre 1950.

    Posting Pix

I too have slow DialUp service plus I'm a computer dummy , this is how I posted pix :

I saved the pix I wanted posted to my desktop then I went OnLine and to this site , opened a create message and clicked on the little paperclip icon in the toolbar just above the message box , selected " browse " , then desktop and the pix I'd saved were waiting there ~ you can also scroll down a little bit to " Manage Attachments " and do it from there .

IIRC I only uploaded two pix at a time to facilitate the transfer ~ if you look in the archives , I wrote a detailed post about it and others who know more and better than I , also chimed in with other ways to do it...

You can always go to the free high xpeed computer at the public library or local coffee house and do it there too...

    Yep in Louisville

Its been in Louisville several years now. Usually in July. They say pre 50 but you'd have a hard time convincing them to let a 49 in. Ergo...48 is the last year.

I'll figure a way to get most of them to ya.

    2008 Pics

I just posted these same 5 pics in the members gallery. I do not like the gallery! Not user frendly! Anyway, we can do it this way or the gallery...you decide.

    Thanks for the pictures.

The red convertible is really sharp. The one thing I don't like on it are the high back seats.

    1 Ton interested

This 47 caught my eye for obvious reasons. I like the modifications he did to this 1 Ton. Suspension from an 81 truck, 305 engine...with air.

    Green machine!

That green truck was featured in Classic Trucks magazine! It is soooooooooo slick!
The 1 ton could probably be dropped in the front a couple of inches to further improve the stance. (If you like squatted trucks)

What a show~ I'm happy for you all that got to go!
