I want to mount the fuse panel on the kick panel but am unsure of what would be the best way to mount it. I am concerned that if I use metal screws they may vibrate loose. Does anyone have a suggestion?

Maybe a small drop of blue Loctite on the threads and underside of the head. The blue should withstand any vibration but still allow you to remove them while the red takes heat to make it release. Since it will take a good twist to remove them an button head screw that tales an Allen wrench might be better. If you have the room MSD makes anti-vibration mounts for boxes used on dirt track cars that are a good piece.
