Help, need to find out how to mount my spare tire on fender! The carrier was off truck when I got it how do I remount it??

Rick, "YOUR THE MAN" Thank for the Info it's just what I needed! Just wanted to let you know how much better the truck looks now that the spare tire is remounted. I work for (ford)...... Visteon next to I-94 exp. in Ypsilanti Mi. and I park right in front of the plant so every body can see my sweet looking truck! IF I'm not driving my truck I drive my white 1987 Chevy Vet.
