LAST EDITED ON Jan-07-01 AT 01:07 PM (CST)[p]I keep running across guys posting on this list who are in Atlanta, GA.
I live in mid town and am looking to get some tips on places to, and not to deal with in the area. I can do most of the work myself but sometimes I don't have time, or knowledge to get the work done. My 64 is a driver, so it needs to run right. Anyone that wants to put in their 2 cents would be great. 64chevy@huckmade.com or 404-874-4825. Also, I own a furniture shop, so those who need help with beds ect. should let me know. And I have a pretty cool hidden stereo mount design. Thanks- Huck

I'm not sure about the city of Atlanta, but there are a couple of guys out in Carrollton that do EXCELLENT work. These guys know old chevys inside and out and have been in business for years. In fact I'm going to let them change out the differential on my '65 stepside. There are plenty of mechanics in the area that I live (Douglasville) I'd just prefer to do business with these guys since they've done prior work for me.

Oh, and they always show you all the old parts when they fix something. The name of the place is Phillips #####' and you can reach them at (770)832-9766. Ask for JC. The guy is really nice. It's well worth the drive.

Good luck!
