Ok guys. I feel kinda foolish since I spend most of my time answering these kinda questions. I purchased a hood bumper set 10 piece. It came with everything I need, the two rag joint type for the rear and rivits to mount them on thier brackets, the two rectangular that are screwed in the front corners. But it also came with 2 smaller round ones. I can't seem to figure out where these go. I am putting them on a new fiberglass hood, my old one is outside under to much snow to find it. The factory assembly manual only shows 4. I know I recall seeing them somewhere but cand figure out where. Could ya'll please look at the lip of your hoods, and let me know if ya got the small ones, the install by pulling thru the holes, no screws or rivits.

    Thanks

    Bowtie.

    Hi Bowtie,
I'd like to say I have an answer for you but I do not. Instead I have a question. Where did you get the fiberglass hood? Is it stock appearing or does it have a cowl scoop? I have rust damage on mine in the front lower lip area which looks like it would be a real pain to repair. Thank for any info.

I purchased it from www.usbody.com. I went with the cowl since mine is more of a hot rod than a restoration. They offer them in both stock, 2" cowl (mine), and 4" cowl.
