I am working on repairing the cab on my 1962 1/2 ton. Currently, I am fighting rust in rear of cab where it is pinch welded to the floor pan. Does anyone know of available patch panels for this area? I have not seen them in Chevy duty's (or others) catalog. Do most people just fabricate thier own?. Also, what is the reccomended way to repair rust pin holes in the cab roof above the rain gutters? I have a few, and am concerned about heat warpage from welding. I have tried finding a decent replacement cab (just switch out the whole thing!) but have not been able to locate one within a days drive of Lexington KY.
