Questions on motor swap And on how to find motor size on a 64 chevy

    I need to find what size motor I have So i know to swap it with a small or a big block. I think the 292 inline 6's are interchangable with the big blocks and small block are interchangable with everything else. If you know where to find out the motors size please email me.

    There is a pad in front of the distributor that will have the engine code stamped in it. You get that code, then you can go to a sight like mortec.com and enter that code and it will tell you what it is. Hope this helps. bowtie
