Hi I have a 62 that was taken apart by someone else. I am trying to get gas gauge to work but can not find a plug to hook sending unit wire to. I bought a new sending unit from Chevy Duty a year or so ago but have not got it to work. Gas gauge does seem to work because I can get needle movement. I tried hooking sending unit up to back of gauge with no luck. I hope someone can help me with this problem
I'm not sure on a 62 but on my 64 the wire from the sending unit goes directly to the fusebox, terminal on the left side marked fuel I belive.
