steering shaft cover

    :confused:Help , I have a steering shaft cover where does this go on a 64 pick-up if you have a pictrue of one on a truck this would help , I thought it covered the rag joint on the steering in the engine area on inner front fender cover so any help on this ?

    Are you referring to the sheetmetal piece with an elongated bulge and a flanged perimeter? That should bolt on the driver side inner fender near the firewall.

    go e-bay item number 250376820898 and this what it is , I have one but can not see how cover goes there does line with any holes at all or :confused:does go some other place

    That is indeed the sheetmetal piece I was referring...the bulge side faces out toward the tire with the concave portion forming around the steering column that pokes out from the firewall, and the flange bolts on the inside (engine bay side) of the inner fender. I hope that helps.
