    Hi again,

As you know I have a 1965 c-20 with a 292 and I dont Know much about engines. Would an electronic ignition make my truck run
better. And where can I get one?

    Thanks

Try J.C. Whitney or maybe Summit for a unit made by Pertronix. I believe they make one for your engine and it should make life better in that you won't need to replace points ever again.

Yea they do make a coil in cap GM distributor for the 292. Any parts store will have one. I'd go full HEI and not the perlux or pertronics way. Both are priced about the same, but coil in cap is the way to go. And YES it will wake that 6 wake up. Well worth the money spent. Good Luck
