I am helping a neighbor in the restoration of his '62 1/2 ton p/u. It has the torsion bar front suspension and is missing a piece. He needs one of the machined mounting pads where the rear of the bar attaches to the frame via a C-shaped bracket. Does anyone know of a source for this piece? I've tried Chevy Duty, Golden#####, and ##### to no avail.

It sounds like what we're llooking for. What do you want for the piece or all associated pieces?

Antonio, I replied to your message concerning 1962 torsion bar hardware but never received a reply maybe due to my message center. Anyway, are you willing to part with these pieces? If so, what do you want for them? You can reply to me at bhoyer_sr@yahoo.com. Thanks.
