removing the speedo

    I am trying to get the speedo out of my 60-63 truck I have removed the screws in the dash.Is there anyhing else holding this thing in it does not seem to want to move any ideas anyone?

    Hey Dave,
    Try unscrewing the speedometer cable from the back. It is probably on there with little or no slack.

    Dave, I've found that the cluster on my 64 won't come out until the headlight, wiper and all other switches are removed first.
