I too are in the same boat as you are. I have a 62 3/4 ton 4x4, oringal except for the engine, transmission and transfer case. For brake parts try (sorry Chevy Duty) ##### Truck at [www.lmctruck.com]. They will ship you a free catalog just for your truck.

i had to take my pads to an old parts store to be matched up for new ones. of course the old timer there didn't have a computer, just books. good luck finding one of those stores where the employees actually know something.

I also had problems finding parts for 63 4x4. Seems I have the style that was only made that year. There is no adjuster on the front brakes, shoes are shaped to fit right into the wheel cylinder. I have found a set through NAPA part #b53, as far as springs and hold down clips had to compare with springs on the shelf at a Chevy dealership to find a match.

    GOOD LUCK!:)
