    Well, it's finally back together and venturing out of the garage :p . There's still plenty to do: Wood bed, weatherseals and plenty of details, but I'm finally enjoying the ride! Thanks to all for encouraging this general contractor to step outside his box and take on something totally new and different. Your knowledge and advice has helped bring this project along.

    Way to go Larry! Congrats on getting it going. I as well have lots to do, but I will get there some day. I can't wait until my first drive down the road. :D

    So, how was the ride? How fast did you get 'er rolling?
    Now that it's back together, I expect you to slap your contractors sign on the side of that and use it for a tax deduction!;):rolleyes::D

    Way to go Larry! Nothing beats that first test ride. A lot of guys have said that restoring a ride is about as close to giving birth as a guy can get...:D

    I'm always pleased to see another old truck back on the road again , even the worthless old Brand 'F' rigs :rolleyes:
