Look what I picked up this weekend box and fenders in perfect shape for my 49 chevy, and a gmc front end for my 54 chevy into a gmc hot rod/ratrod/lowrider project did gmc ever make a curved front glass or five window?

With the quality of work you've done on the two we know about, I look forward to seeing how your hybrid 54 turns out! Sorry I can't answer the window question. I believe their 54 had a solid window just like Chevy has, but of course, the 54 GMC had a much "better" grill. Have fun with that! (Time for a bigger garage...)
59 gmc I had a 59 GMC truck that was my first truck when I was 14. it had the huge, curved glass windshield.
but of course jimmys got their ideas from the more popular CHEVY!!!!!!!!!!! what a deal you got there, do i need more or better luck to fall into a good deal ?

Hello Whats the difference between a 54 and 55.1? The guy I got it from said it was a 54. I took the old front end off and put the gmc front on last week The car in the background is a 1967 plymouth barracuda 383BB
