There are other things he could be "Up to" as well. Do you know, if you clear your cookies can you vote again? You can also set up different email/user accounts and get a few votes from the same person that way. Not saying he is doing any of this just that if there is a dishonest way of doing things someone will always figure it out. On the other hand 60 votes is alot.
To Texaco's credit, clearing cookies will not work. They are maitaining a database of the e-mail addresses and confirming those addresses before allowing a vote to be cast. Like you said, multiple e-mail addresses they cannot stop, as well as address spoofing.. It seems like a lot of work to go through though for an artist's rendering of a car... Oh well,,, I'm trailing him by 16 votes right now, we shall see !! Thanks for the votes and your help guys !!!

Thanks everyone, According to the "voting" I came in second. Everytime I got close, the guy ahead of me bombarded the vote with 40-50 more...
