Automatic steering column wanted

Looking for a automatic steering column for my 62 chevy would prefer 3spd

You could also look for a 70's or early 80's van column, they are almost a direct swap and did not have a key on the column... I got a tilt van column for $20 last summer at the swap meet for my own truck

local wreckers maybe?

I'll second the $20 being a good deal. I have several quotes from salvage yards in the $200 plus range excluding shipping. One called me and i had to tell him no thanks. When he pressed a bit I told him I would put an ididit or similar in if I was going to spend that much!

I just bought one from cpp off ebay for $279 chrome with column shift, tilt,flasher and four ways, and gm adapter .
looks good .I will in stalled it soon and post a picture from it.
