[updated:LAST EDITED ON Sep-21-02 AT 10:20 PM (CST)] Hey Guys! I've got an engine from Recon engine rebuilders. The worst thing I ever bought! The engine only has 10,000 miles on it, and already the rockers have chewed the valves off, and the camshaft has chewed holes in the lifters and the rings are starting to go. I now have a $850 hunk of metal in my engine compartment. The worst part of it is, this engine has never seen any work. All miles are highway miles. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this company, or knows of anyone who has purchased a nightmare from them. Thanks. Frustrated Chevy ownerx(
